Platinum Feefo Award For Our Third Year In A Row
We have had some great news this week at Simply Ribbons that we wanted to share with you all. we've won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2022!
This is now the third year in a row that we have been awarded this by Feefo.
So What Does This Mean
The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade for customer service, recognising brands that continue to deliver exceptional customer service, year after year.
To win this award, you are required to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years – which we’ve done!
We give all our customers the chance to review both the product and service they have received when ordering from us online. We welcome all the reviews both positive and negative and use them to try and continually improve our service levels and rectify any areas that might need attention.
