We thought that you might like to meet the people here that make Simply Ribbons who we are today.
We endevour to bring you the highest level of customer service together with leading products and great ribbon inervation.
Adrian - Director
Adrian is one of the co founders of simply ribbons along with partner jo. He has an extensive experience and knowledge of the ribbon and haberdashery industry and started his working life in the trade when leaving school.
Responsible for website development and printed ribbons he works closely with the team to develop new products and offerings.
If you have an idea for a new design or a question then he's just a phone call away and always willing to help.
Jo - Managing Director
Jo, is Simply Ribbons Managing Director and Co- Founder. With a passion for the business jo's knowledge and expertise is extremely wide. She is always on hand to answer any queries and enquiries that our customers might have.
Always just a phone call away Jo is hands on and happy to discuss and plan ribbon and bow requirements and solutions that our customers might want assistance implementing.
Jo also undertakes frequent public speaking events outside the 9 to 5 day, promoting crafting and discussing the challenges of running a business in rural Wales. You might well of heard her on local BBC radio, or seen her on the regional news.
Kim - Craft Kit Designer & Customer Fulfilment
Kim joined us two years ago and specialises in developing our ribbon wreath and craft kits as well as looking after customer queries and orders.
One of her favourite wreath creations was the Queens Jubilee Kit.
If you call our office then you're very likely to speak with Kim with regards your order.
Julie - Craft Kit Designer & Customer Fulfilment
Our longest serving member of staff Julie has been with Simply Ribbons since 2014 and is our lead craft kit and wreath designer. Julie also heads up our customer fulfilment and might well be one of the voices that you speak with when contacting us.
Julie will always be known at Simply Ribbons as the person who designed the Rainbow Garland and Wreath Kit during lock down.
Sarah - Warehouse Assistant
We all love Sarah, with her fun and bubbly personality.
Sarah has been a member of the team since 2019 and takes an active role sorting the warehouse, dealing with stock delivery and making sure everything is in the right place.
Whilst the chances are you wont speak to Sarah on the phone you can bet that she has had a big part to play in getting your ribbons out to you.
Scarlet - Stock Co-ordinator
Scarlet is the youngest member of the team at present and works in the warehouse co-ordinating stock and formulating our dye house waste ribbon and ribbon kit bundles. Scarlet keeps us all on our toes and brings not only youth to the team but fun and a perspective on colour and design from a younger view point.
Rachel - Accounts Manager
Rachel, or as she perhaps should be known by her picture , International woman of mystery is our accounts lady.
She takes care of all accounts related matters and has been with simply ribbons since we started in 2007.
We hope that you have enjoyed meeting the main faces behind Simply Ribbons, as you can see we are a small close knit team of people. It might sound like a cliche but we are completely dedicated to delivering the best customer experience that we can.

We are always here to help and accept that sometimes we get things wrong.
