At Simply Ribbons we try to give our customers as much choice and control as we can. With this in mind we have tried to offer a selection of cost effective delivery options for your orders that deliver value for money and quality of service.

We have tried to keep this simple and as a result can now offer four different delivery types, these are:

Standard Delivery Options

Please allow up to Seven working days for delivery of all orders placed on a Standard Service.

One Reel Only Standard -   £2.80  
This service is via Royal Mail 1st Class post, it is for customers who require a single reel.

Two Reels to Five Reels Standard Service - £3.95- 
This is via the Royal Mail or Interlink Express dependent on the customers location.

Six Reels Plus - £5.00 - 
This is a recorded service via Royal Mail or Interlink Express

Dispatch information for all goods ordered on the above standard deliveries .
For all orders placed on a standard delivery, we anticipate a maximum of a 7 working day time scale from the day that the order is received and paid for to the day on which you should receive you package. All goods ordered on this delivery method will be sent out via the Royal Mail on a first class service or on a Standard Royal Mail Parcel Service depending on the size and weight of the package. Proof of postage is available for all items sent.
IMPORTANT - Please note that at busy times of year such as Christmas the Royal Mail and other carriers may take longer to deliver then normal.

Next Day Delivery Services :

Next Working Day - £6.95 -
This is a tracked 24hr service via Parcel Force or Interlink Express (weekdays only)

Important Update - If you can provide a mobile number on your order then a tracking number and delivery slot will be texted to you by the carrier.

Next Working Day Pre 10am  - £20 -
For Goods that you need on a next day service before 10am or when the next day. 

Saturday Morning Delivery-  £20 -
This service is subject to the customers location, please contact us for information and prices.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that we can only dispatch orders on a next working day delivery service which are placed prior to 3pm on the day of ordering. If received after this time then the goods will be dispatched the following day on a next day service.

All goods dispatched Via Interlink Express, Parcel Force or Royal Mail on a Next Day Delivery service are trackable, if an e mail address or mobile number has been provided on the order then you will automatically receive details of the tracking information via e mail or SMS text.
